Indeed. Valeria has was born in Italy and now lives in the UK and has worked with companies including Ofsted, Cardiff University, Nortel and many other major companies. All translations are also cross checked by a partner.
On what format do you provide the translation?
We can return the copy in any format that you need although most companies tend to request Word Document (2003) or (2007), PDF or Txt files.
Do you translate web pages?
Indeed. We have several years of experience in translating web pages and we include translating some of the back end code such as image names, meta tags and alt tags. You can see some of our web clients online.
What is the time frame to return translations?
We get such a diverse range of clients and needing such a diverse set of requirements and amount of work, that we organise with you a time frame bespoke to your needs. We can normally get the work completed very quickly although we do ensure that quality is always maintained as a priority.
How do you accept payments?
We accept payments via Bank Account and via PayPal. We plan to accept payments by credit card in the near future.
Do you provide localisation for translations also?
Indeed. If you have a preference of American English rather than British English for example, we can incorporate this into the translations.
How much experience do you have?
We have over 5 years experience working with document and web translations.
