Translation and interpretation prices
Our charges for professional translations and interpretation from English into Italian and vice versa and from Spanish into Italian or English vary according to a variety of factors, including: difficulty of text, format in which the text is provided, number of files, urgency of the translation and so on. Prices are on a per word basis from the source language (the language that the text is being translated from) and we charge the same for every language 
combination we provide.
Billing and rough cost guidelines
The rate for translation services is agreed on at the beginning of each project and we charge 50% before the project starts and the remaining 50% after the work is completed. We accept payments via PayPal, cheque or into bank account.
Below, you can find a rough estimate of our translation fees per word from the source language. Please note that these prices are just a rough estimate and a more accurate quotation will be given after we see the project , taking into consideration the above mentioned factors. The translations prices below are based on 1,000 words.
- General text: between £90 and £96 per 1,000 words.
- Technical text: between £126 and £130 per 1,000 words.
- Express service for urgent translations: up to 50% will be added to the base cost.
- Interpretation: between £20 and £30 per hour.
- Additional SEO consultancy and services: agreed on a case by case basis.
